Rod type iontophoresis device (10) comprising retention part (20) and, disposed at a distal end thereof, small working-side electrode structure (12) and non-working-side electrode structure (14). Pin-point infiltration of drug solution can be accomplished by closely adhering first ion exchange membrane (44) and fourth ion exchange membrane (54) provided at the distal end thereof to, for example, the site of skin cancer and carrying out iontophoresis. The working-side electrode structure (12) and non-working-side electrode structure (14) are mounted at a distal end of rodlike member (16), and the rodlike member (16) is freely attachable to or detachable from the distal end of the retention part (20), being replaceable integrally.
Appareil d'iontophorèse du type à tige (10) comprenant un élément de rétention (20) et, à une extrémité distale, une petite structure d'électrode côté travail (12) et une structure d'électrode non-côté travail (14). On peut infiltrer une solution de médicament avec une précision extrême par adhésion étroite d'une première membrane échangeuse d'ions (44) et d'une quatrième membrane de ce type (54) à l'extrémité distale correspondante, par exemple sur le site d'un cancer de la peau, aux fins d'iontophorèse. Les deux structures d'électrode (12, 14) se trouvent à une extrémité distale de la pièce du type tige (16), laquelle peut être fixée librement à l'extrémité distale de l'élément de rétention (20), ou détachée de cette extrémité, aux fins de remplacement intégral.
