ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A one-piece container from which there is dispensed an elongated web composed of plural thermoplastic laminae which define a multiplicity of gas-filled bubbles. The web is in the form of a coil inside the container; The axis of the coil transverse to its length is hollow. The container has trunnions which extend into opposite ends of the hole to permit rotation of the coil as the web is withdrawn from the container through a slot in the periphery thereof. The periphery of the container is octagonal and is formed from a one-piece blank with which the trunnions are unitary. The container blank can be shaped in flat form to conserve space and assembled at a place where the coil is to be placed therein.
