ABSTRACT Disclosed is a dispensing container for a flexible sheet-like material wound on a roll and having restraining means to prevent inadvertent removal or "pop-out" of the roll from the container when the sheet- like material is drawn from the roll. The restraining means being positioned in the front corners of the dispensing container and having cradle-like indented faces for retention of the end portions of the roll during withdrawal of the sheet-like material from the roll.
