The invention relates to a roller comprising a flexible sheet (F), such as an absorbent fibrous material, formed by winding the sheet around a winding axis, creating a hole in the centre, and comprising a first group (10) of interconnected coils. The roller is characterised by the fact that it comprises a second group (20) of coils which are not interconnected, between the hole in the centre and the first group (10). The inventive roller is reliable throughout the period of use thereof and is easy to operate, especially if it is a centrally winding roller.

L'invention porte sur un rouleau, composé d'une feuille (F) de matériau souple, tel qu'un matériau fibreux absorbant, formé par enroulement de la feuille autour d'un axe de bobinage ménageant un trou au centre, et présentant un premier groupe (10) de spires liées entre elles. Le rouleau est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un deuxième groupe (20) de spires non liées entre elles, entre ledit trou au centre et le premier groupe (10). Le rouleau, selon l'invention, présente une bonne tenue tout au long de son utilisation et est aisément mis en service, notamment dans le cas d'un rouleau de type à dévidage central.
