ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A device for folding rolled carpets essentially made of a rectangular frame having two pairs of upstanding posts at the corners of the frame. Roller means extending between each pair of posts are adapted to support the rolled carpets. A central bar disposed parallel to the roller means is connected to flexible links to at least one winch fixed to the frame below the central rod. The central rod is adapted to be mounted over the rolled carpets whereby by pulling on the rod, the carpets are folded in a V-shape, the end portions of the carpet being adapted to slide over the roller means.
