The invention concerns a light-guiding metal structure in the form of a rolled product which is provided with at least one structured surface by means of a rolling process. The structured surface is a rib pattern which extends in the direction of rolling and has a tooth-shaped cross section. The tooth-shaped cross section forms a periodic structure in the form of a row of adjacent triangles, the bases of these triangles following one another. The one lateral side of any triangle projects at an angle .alpha. from the base ab and the other lateral side projects at an angle .beta., and the base of each triangle has a length l, .alpha. being an angle of between 5 and 60~, .beta. being an angle of between 10 and 90~, and the length l being between 0.01 mm and 10 mm.

L'invention concerne une structure en métal de guidage de la lumière, sous forme de produit laminé, ledit produit obtenu par laminage comprenant au moins une surface structurée. Cette surface structurée est un modèle nervuré s'étendant dans le sens du laminage et dont la section transversale est dentelée. Cette structure dentelée constitue une structure périodique sous forme de triangles en enfilade et les bases de ces triangles se succèdent. Un côté de chaque triangle fait saillie dans un angle .alpha. et l'autre côté fait saillie dans un angle .beta. à partir de la base ab et la base de chaque triangle présente une longueur l, .alpha. étant un angle compris entre 5 et 60·, .beta., un angle compris entre 10 et 90· et la longueur l étant comprise entre 0,01 mm et 10 mm.
