A bell or noise making embodiment, worn on the index finger (but not exclusively). This bell is used to make a sound or sounds loud enough to make surrounding individuals aware of that persons' presence. More specifically, this bell will be used by individuals who will be moving faster that the normal flow of pedestrian traffic or in and around stationary individuals. Some examples of faster moving 'traffic' may be(but not exclusively); roller-bladers, runners, skate-boarders, and speed walkers. Therefore, this bell provides advanced warning of that persons actions and possibly their intention to pass a slower individual(s).
