ABSTRACT A roller blind box has longitudinal walls and end walls which support a roller blind shaft and have flanges engaging within the longitudinal walls. The end walls are connected by detachable guide members to roller blind guides. They are symmetrical with respect to a ver- tical plane passing through the axis of the roller blind shaft and at each of their lower corners have alternative insertion openings for receiving one of the guide members. Only a single type of end wall is thus required for each end of the roller blind box, which in turn is adaptable for left-hand or right-hand rolling. The flanges of the end walls are slotted to allow clearance for different arrangement of actuating means for the roller blind.
