Abstract of the Disclosure A roller clamp for regulating fluid flow through a plastic tube comprising a bottom plate for receiving the plastic tube, a pair of sidewalls each having a guide groove, and a roller wheel for pressing the plastic tube is disclosed. The bottom plate has a V- shaped channel along its longitudinal direction and a pair of projections each having a pointed end are formed on the top of lines each extending from the lowest position of the V-shaped channel. A required amount of fluid can be supplied at a constant flow velocity thanks to small tube resistance.
