Rollers for transporting thin substrate (16), which comprises an upper roller (12) fixed upper roller shaft (10) and a lower roller (18) fixed lower roller shaft. The upper and lower roller rotates at same linear speed along clockwise direction and counter--clockwise direction respectively, which allows the thin substrate to displace towards one direction. The upper roller includes a fixed roller and elastic piece fixed around the outer circumference surface of the roller. A chemical treatment method using the rollers for trans-porting thin substrate, which allows the thin substrate to displace con-tinuously by using one or more sets of the above-mentioned rollers and to subjected to wet chemical processed using solution. The up-per transporting rollers, under different conditions, guarantee stable transporting of the thin substrate even if the thin substrate disengages the lower roller, in order to obtain continuous wet chemical treatment.
Cette invention concerne des rouleaux permettant de transporter un substrat mince (16), lequel comprend une tige (10) à rouleau supérieur sur laquelle est fixé un rouleau supérieur (12) et une tige à rouleau inférieur sur laquelle est fixé un rouleau inférieur (18). Le rouleau supérieur et le rouleau inférieur tournent à la même vitesse linéaire dans le sens horaire et dans le sens anti-horaire, respectivement, ce qui permet au substrat mince de se déplacer dans une direction. Le rouleau supérieur comprend un rouleau fixe et une pièce élastique fixée autour de la surface périphérique extérieure du rouleau. Un procédé de traitement chimique consistant à utiliser les rouleaux pour transporter le substrat mince, lequel permet au substrat mince de se déplacer en continu au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs ensembles constitués dedits rouleaux et d'être soumis à un traitement chimique au moyen d'une solution. Les rouleaux de transport supérieurs, dans différentes conditions, garantissent un transport stable du substrat même si le substrat mince se dégage du rouleau inférieur, afin de maintenir un traitement chimique par voie humide en continu.
