Abstract of the Disclosure A gravity conveyor system wherein headed work- pieces are transported individually along a downwardly inclined chuting structure by supporting the workpieces on work carriers of the roller type. The workpieces are supported on arms journalled in and extending laterally from the work carrier rollers. A loading and an unload- ing station are disclosed in which the power necessary for loading the workpieces onto the carriers and remov- ing them from the carriers is supplied solely by the gravitational force acting on the carriers.
