A roller pair (3) for embossing web-shaped materials, comprising a male part and a female part, which during operation are arranged in specified axial and radial positions to produce a nip, characterized in that at least one of the rollers (3) has at least two markings (1) on the shell surface thereof, of which two markings (1) in each case in an extension form an angle .alpha., with 0 < .alpha. < 90°, and wherein the markings (1) are arranged depending on the stamping pattern.

L'invention concerne une paire de cylindres (3) destinée à matricer un matériau en bande, composée d'un poinçon et d'une matrice disposés, en fonctionnement, dans des positions axiale et radiale prédéfinies avec création d'un jeu de cylindres.
