Roller profiling machine that comprises several forming stations which progressively shape a given material until obtaining a pre-designed profile with a section variable along the length of said profile, wherein, each forming station is placed over a head (2) that comprises at least: - first means arranged for a translation movement, horizontal and perpendicular to the direction in which the profile is advanced; and - second means arranged for a rotation movement; wherein, said head (2) is also inclined in a certain angle (a) with respect to the horizontal; being said angle configured to avoid a collision between the forming material and the rollers.
La présente invention concerne une machine à profiler à rouleaux comprenant plusieurs stations de formage qui mettent en forme de manière progressive un matériau donné jusqu'à obtention d'un profilé préétabli présentant une section variable sur sa longueur. Chaque station de formage est placée sur une tête (2) qui comprend au moins des premiers moyens conçus pour un mouvement de translation horizontal et perpendiculaire à la direction dans laquelle le profilé avance; et des seconds moyens conçus pour un mouvement de rotation. Ladite tête est inclinée selon un certain angle (a) par rapport à l'horizontale, lequel angle permet d'éviter une collision entre le matériau à former et les rouleaux. La machine comprend également au moins une roue horizontale (13) placée dans une structure latérale qui fait face aux stations de formage (2) et conçue pour soutenir le matériau à former qui fait saillie de la ligne de rouleaux et pour enregistrer le mouvement et la vitesse de circulation du matériau à former, lequel mouvement est synchronisé et transmis à son propre moyen de calibrage. L'information provenant du moyen de calibrage et des premiers et seconds moyens de déplacement est reçue par un ensemble de moyens de commande afin de calculer la position de chaque tête (2) au cours de l'ensemble du processus de profilage et afin de commander les positions de chacun desdits moyens.
