ABSTRACT Roller Towel Apparatus A roller towel dispenser 20 has two roller towels 10 mounted side-by-side each of which is automatically brought into operation upon exhaustion of the other. As the end of a towel passes between combs 1 and 2, towel reservoir 9 is biassed to pivot upwards. This operates a link is which, at the other side of the dispenser cabinet, pivots a control plate 40 to cause take-up roller 5 to move towards roller 6. Simultaneously, a corresponding shield 3 is operated by a further link 16, Fig 3 not shown) to release a loop of the new towel for use . Upon insertion of a new towel in reservoir 9, the control plate 40 is reset by another link (17, Fig 4 not shown).
