ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cover over the screw shaft in a roller-type finger- pressure apparatus prevents clogging and is also provided with flanges to help guide the moving roller frame. The vertical extension of the rollers is enhanced by having the roller shafts vertically slidable in grooves formed in plates which are themselves vertically slidable with respect to the frame.
