A rolling food processor (100) includes a body forming a chamber (164), a blade assembly (106), and a roller assembly (108). The blade assembly.(.106) may include a hub (116) and a plurality of blades (114) mounted about the hub (116) and positioned within the chamber, the blade assembly (106) being rotatably coupled to the roller assembly (108). The roller assembly (108) includes at least one rolling member (120,122) such that when a user rolls or reciprocates the rolling member (120,122) on a surface, the hub (116) and the blades (114) rotate to process a food item selectively positioned in the chamber (164).
