There is disclosed a roof support structure for intersecting galleries. The roof support structure comprises a primary ridge supported at spaced locations, a king post extending vertically beneath the primary ridge, and a pair of secondary ridges extending from the king post at locations spaced from the primary ridge. Such a structure allows the interior of intersecting galleries to remain relatively open.
