The inventive roof rack system for a motor vehicle, in particular for passenger cars comprises at least one roof support provided with a fastening device for fixing to the roof of the vehicle, wherein said fastening device comprises at least one fastening bolt penetrating into at least one roof opening. Said invention is characterised in that said fastening bolt (7) is associated with a seal joint (34) which extends therearound, is pressed to the roof (3) and encompasses the roof opening when the roof rack is mounted.

L'invention concerne un système de galerie pour véhicule, en particulier pour voiture de tourisme, comprenant au moins un support destiné à être placé sur le toit, présentant un dispositif de fixation permettant sa fixation sur le toit du véhicule, le dispositif de fixation possédant au moins un boulon de fixation destiné à pénétrer dans au moins une ouverture du toit. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un joint d'étanchéité (34), associé au boulon de fixation (7) s'étendant autour dudit boulon de fixation (7), prenant appui sur le toit (3) lorsque la galerie est montée, et entourant l'ouverture du toit.
