ROOF SCAFFOLD ASSEMBLY ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A roof scaffold assembly consists of a center section extending over the peak and upon each side of the roof and a selection of fastener components and spacer members-are provided which can be selectively secured together and to the center section to provide anchoring of the scaffolding to the roof rafters through the roof surface. A pair of such assemblies can be provided spaced apart from one another and a cable may be extended between the center section parallel to to the peak. A hoist assembly can run along the cable and have a further cable attached thereto and to the safety belt of the user who can thus position himself any where over the roof surface that may be required. It desired a hoist can be anchored to the assembly or platforms can be suspended therefrom for roof work or work on the walls of the structure.
