A roof-top parking system for automatically parking a vehicle on a roof of a building and retrieving it therefrom comprising a communication system to signal that the vehicle is to be retrieved, or parked; a vehicle positioning device to raise and lower a vehicle to and from said roof and park and retrieve the vehicle at/from a parking space on the roof assigned to the vehicle.

L'invention concerne un système de stationnement sur toit permettant de garer automatiquement un véhicule sur le toit d'un bâtiment et de le récupérer de celui-ci; le système comportant un système de communication signalant que le véhicule doit être récupéré, ou garé; un dispositif de positionnement de véhicule permettant d'élever et d'abaisser un véhicule par rapport audit toit et de garer ou récupérer le véhicule au niveau d'une place de stationnement sur le toit attribuée au véhicule.
