A bracket to support a platform for working on a roof includes a base, nail slots to attach the base to the roof and allow easy disconnection, and a platform support. The bracket is made with a fixed angle to match a particular roof slope, and a series of brackets will match a range of roof slopes. The assembly is joined together by a filler plate, and the filler plate has holes through which air hoses and electric cords can pass and be held so they are less likely to fall off the roof.
