ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A roofing tool comprises a trowel blade and a pivotal clamping arm for use in the installation of torch-fused roofing material. A shaft is mounted to a shank which extends from the trowel blade and mounts the trowel handle. The shaft pivotally mounts the clamp arm. The clamp arm is configured so that the forward portion of the arm and the forward tip of the trowel blade cooperate to form a clamp.
