ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A coating composition is disclosed which is curable at room temperature uniformly at and through the surface and inner portions of a film formed upon application of the composition to an article. The coating composition is characterized by the combination with a starting butadiene polymer (to which an acid is added) of a poly-(metha)-acrylate of a polyhydric alcohol, at least one of the compounds which have an allyl ether group, a tetrahydrofurfuryl group or a benzyl ether group, a radical generator and, if desired, a pigment.
