A rosette scarf has a fabric sleeve having first and second ends, said first end comprising a single longitudinal fold in said fabric to thereby create overlapping first and second halves of said fabric, said first half attached to said second half at said first end, said second end having two parallel longitudinal folds in said fabric to thereby create overlapping first, second and third thirds of said fabric, said first, second and third thirds of said fabric attached to one another at said second end, a rosette comprising said fabric gathered along said single longitudinal fold, said second end releasably attachable to said rosette.
