ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification of the present invention discloses a rotary bore hole enlarging drill bit used in forming bore holes in the earth's surface. The drill bit is adapted for attachment to a dual drill pipe string having an outer drilling fluid path and an inner drilling fluid path for reverse circulation of drilling fluid through the drill pipe. The bit comprises a body structure which is connectible to the pipe string and includes an inner drilling fluid passage and outer drilling fluid passage connectible with the respective inner and outer passages of the drill pipe. Expansible cutters are carried by the body and operated by fluid pressure supplied from the outer drilling fluid passage for expanding the cutters outwardly of the body. The body structure includes an inner mandrel and an outer body member reciprocable with respect to the mandrel. The expansible cutters are operated in association with a piston located on the outer body member for shifting the outer body member along the mandrel and, therefore, the cutters are moved in response to shifting of the outer body member.
