ROTARY DRILL Abstract of the Disclosure Drill structure including an improved drill with indexable inserts, the drill including a straight fluted end with increased chip clearance and decreased clearance between the outer periphery of the end and the bore surface for reduced chip binding. The drill includes a grooved barrel which is received in a bushing fixed with respect to the workpiece to prevent wobble and to precisely locate the bore.
