A rotary induction machine having wound primary (11-13) and secondary windings (17-19) with resistive means (55-57) connected in series with secondary windings and inductive reactive means (51-53) connected across said resistive means, with the inductive reactance means (51-53) and resistive means (55-57) selected to provide an effective resistance which controls the current in the generator secondary windings, whereby the generator rated current is reached at the highest slip for the range of desired power output.
Cette machine asynchrone rotative présente des enroulements primaires (11-13) et secondaires (17-19), des moyens résistifs (55-57) étant connectés en série avec les enroulements secondaires, et des moyens réactifs inductifs (51-53) étant connectés à travers ces moyens résistifs; les moyens de réactance (51-53) et les moyens résistifs (55-57) sont choisis pour fournir une résistance efficace commandant le courant dans les enroulements secondaires du générateur, de sorte que l'intensité nominale du générateur est atteinte au niveau du glissement le plus élevé de la gamme de sortie de puissance voulue.
