A rotary tiller-hiller apparatus comprising of a main frame able to support , two or more tiller-hiller drums, able to support an engine, connected to a drive shaft with drive sprockets commanding a drive chain connected to the receiving sprockets of the tiller-hiller drums. The distance between the tiller-killer drums is adjustable, so as to determine the distance between the rows. The tiller fines and the killer shoves on the tiller-hiller drum are interchangeable. The main frame of the tiller and hiller apparatus is convertible from a pull type machine to a machine able to connect to the three or more point linkage of a tract. On the pull type tiller and hiller apparatus, the hydraulic mechanism mounted on the main frame is used to control the depth of the tiller and hiller mechanism. By adding more drums the entire machine can be converted to a rotary tiller and by removing drums the rotary tiller can be converted into a hiller machine.
