A hand exerciser includes a hollow sphere (10) composed of two halves (11, 12) and four openings (111, 121) are defined through the hollow sphere. A frame (20) is fixedly received in the sphere and two handle disks (50) are rotatably connected to two opposite ends of the frame. Two massage disks (40) are rotatably connected to the other two opposite ends of the frame. The two handle disks and the two massage disks are rotatably engaged with the four openings of the sphere. A weight (60) is fixed to one of the two halves.
