ROTATABLE SPRAY NOZZLE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A rotatable spray nozzle for a spray gun has a housing with a passage therethrough for conveying pressurized liquids from the spray gun. A cylindrical member in the housing has a diametric passage therethrough in alignment with the housing passage. A spray orifice is fixedly within this diametric passage. A metallic sealing member in the housing passage has a first curved surface conforming to the cylindrical member and in contact therewith, and an opposite surface with a conical flange entry point, there being a passage between the curved surface and the entry point. A resilient sealing member in the housing has a neck terminating in a flange mating to the conical flange entry point, and a base adapted for clamping between the housing and the spray gun. This resilient sealing member has a liquid passage therethrough from the base to the neck. This arrangement provides an improved seal to prevent fluid leakage after re- peated rotations of the nozzle and periodic breaking of the seal upon removal of the nozzle for cleaning.
