A ROTATABLE STOCK CLOSET ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A rotatable stock closet for the storage of articles such as electronic parts, and the like, including a plurality of container conveying units arranged vertically one on another on a frame, each unit comprising outer and inner rails, guide channels arranged in parallel therebetween, an endless traction chain, a driving means therefor, and a series of stock con- tainers, releasably disposed to the traction chain, moving on and along the rails, so that any container may be reached most expeditiously by selectively operating each container conveying unit. The frame and the container conveying units can be dis- assembled horizontally in series into a drive end unit, inter- mediate units and an idler end unit, except the traction chains and the containers. The tension of each traction chain can be adjustable.
