The situation becomes worse for people with permanent or temporary physical handicaps. In this invention, a cushion, when placed on a vehicle seat, is made to rotate toward desired directions by a simple coordinated body turn, thereby the cushion provides, cheaply, features that are available for seats specifically designed to swivel. - 1 -
