A rotatable wellhead equipment for logging through the annulus comprises a rotatable mechanism and a locking mechanism; said rotatable mechanism can be driven to real- ize the rotation and/or revolution of the oil tube; said rotatable mechanism includes an upper bearing and a lower bearing which are concentric with the oil tube and the casing pipe respectively; said locking mechanism is com- posed of a lock dog, two slots which are formed on the eccentric oil tube hanger and the upper flange respective- ly, and a groove formed on the locked cover.
