A rotating cap opener is provided with three clamping jaws each of which is disposed on a carrier part which is arranged on a base part in such a way that it is radially displaceable. A rotatable spiral guide, which cooperates with the carrier part, is used to move the clamping jaws towards each other into an inner position and away from each other into an outer position. As a result, covers of different radii can be grasped and opened due to a handle having an enlarged lever arm.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ouverture (11) pour des récipients à couvercle rotatif. Ce dispositif présente trois mâchoires de serrage (15, 17, 19) situées chacune sur un support (45) placé de manière à coulisser sur une partie de base (23). Une glissière rotative (29), en forme de spirale, coopérant avec le support (45), permet de rapprocher les mâchoires de serrage (15, 17, 19) les unes des autres dans une position intérieure (50) et de les éloigner les unes des autres dans une position extérieure (60). Il est ainsi possible de saisir des couvercles de différents rayons et de les ouvrir à l'aide de la poignée (13) avec un bras de levier accru.
