A dispenser for a liquid cosmetic product comprising a reservoir, and internal plunger (2) and an applicator end-piece (3) provided with an extremity valve, characterized in that the reservoir comprises a base (1) provided with an axial rod (11) on which the plunger (2) can be displaced longitudinally by rotating the base in relation to the end-piece.
