In a rotating electrical machine a stator winding is formed of flexible cables (20, 22, 26) inserted in open stator in the stator core. The stator slots extend from a radially outermost yoke part of the stator core radially in- wards towards the rotor, the stator slots being separated by teeth. The stator slots are shaped as double slots with shoulders (24, 28) arranged in the slot walls in such a manner that each cable in the winding is secured between the previous cable in the stator slot and, seen from the slot opening, the next shoulder situ- ated outside that particular cable. In a method for manufacturing such a winding the first cable (20) is inserted through the opening of the stator slot and pressed firmly into a cable slot arranged at the bottom of the stator slot and designed to retain the cable when it has been pressed in, whereupon a second cable (22) is inserted through the opening of the stator slot and secured between this first cable and an opposing securing shoulder (24) in the wall of the slot, after which a third cable (26) is inserted through the opening in the stator slot and secured between said second cable (22) and a securing shoulder (28) in the slot wall opposite the second cable, and so on.
Cette invention concerne une machine électrique tournante dont l'enroulement statorique est constitué par des câbles souples (20, 22, 26) insérés dans des gorges ouvertes réalisées dans le noyau de stator. Les gorges se déploient radialement à partir d'une pièce étrier de noyau de stator située tout à l'extérieur vers le rotor, les gorges de stator étant séparées par des crêtes. Les gorges du stator se présentent sous la forme de doubles gorges avec des épaulements (24, 28) disposés sur les parois des gorge de telle sorte que chacun des câbles de l'enroulement est immobilisé entre le câble précédent dans la gorge du stator et, vu depuis l'entrée de la gorge, l'épaulement suivant situé à l'extérieur de ce câble. Selon une méthode de fabrication de cet enroulement, le premier câble (20) est inséré dans l'ouverture de la gorge de stator et enfoncé fermement dans une gorge de câble disposée au bas de la gorge de stator et conçue pour retenir le câble une fois qu'il a été poussé à l'intérieur. Un deuxième câble (22) est ensuite inséré par l'ouverture de la gorge de stator et fixé entre le premier câble et l'épaulement de retenue opposé (24) dans la paroi de la gorge. Un troisième câble (26) est ensuite inséré par l'ouverture de la gorge de stator et fixé entre ledit deuxième câble (22) et l'épaulement de fixation (28) dans la gorge opposée au deuxième câble, et ainsi de suite.
