The invention concerns a rotating electrical machine comprising an outer shell (10), a stator, a rotor, and a fan (50) with blades (51) arranged on one first axial side of the rotor, the shell (10) having on its outer periphery radial ports (71) consisting each of an opening (80) subdivided by fins (90) each elongated according to a particular profile of its own, at least one fin (90) of at least one of the radial ports (71) is inclined such that the edges of the blades (51) facing said port sweep gradually across the fin (90) according to its profile while rotating about the rotary shaft, in a shearing movement whereby each time only one substantially point-shaped portion of the edge of the blade (51) is opposite the fin (90).
La machine électrique tournante comprend une enveloppe extérieure (10), un stator, un rotor, et un ventilateur (50) à pales (51) disposé d~un premier côté axial du rotor, l~enveloppe (10) présentant à sa périphérie externe des ouïes radiales (71) constituées chacune d~une ouverture (80) subdivisée par des ailettes (90) chacune allongée suivant un profil qui lui est propre, au moins une ailette (90) de l~une au moins des ouïes radiales (71) est inclinée de telle sorte que des bords des pales (51) tournées vers ladite ouïe balayent progressivement l~ailette (90) suivant son profil en tournant autour de l~arbre rotatif, suivant un mouvement de cisaillement selon lequel à chaque isntant seule une portion sensiblement ponctuelle du bord de la pale (51) est en vis-à-vis de l~ailette (90).
