A rotating saw clamp for clamping a product roll to be sawn. The rotating log saw clamp includes a first portion disposed for rotation about an axis and a second portion disposed for rotation with the first portion and movable relative to the first portion between an open position and a clamping position. The second portion is rotatable from the clamping position to the open position in rotation of the first and second rotating portions in a common direction.

La présente invention a trait à une pince rotative de scie pour enserrer une rouleau de produit destiné au sciage. La pince rotative de scie pour rondins comporte une première portion agencée pour tourner autour d'un axe et une deuxième portion agencée pour tourner avec la première portion et mobile par rapport à la première position entre une position d'ouverture et une position de serrage. La deuxième portion est apte à être entraînée en rotation depuis la position de serrage vers la position d'ouverture lors de la rotation des première et deuxième portions tournant dans une même direction.
