Abstract of the Disclosure A rotating roller includes a circumferential laminated leg core and four circumferential yokes which are both provided on the leg core. A winding is mounted on the leg core between the yoke. The winding is divided into three parts to establish a three phase winding and some parts of the three phase windings are overlapped. These overlapped windings generate a higher induced electromotive force when excited than that non-overlapped windings generate. The higher electromotive force serves to make the surface temperature distribution of the rotating roller average.
