The invention relates to a rotating spit with a central body (10), for supporting foodstuffs (2), in particular layered meat and layered meat products, arranged around the central body (10) and a heating element (3) acting from outside on the foodstuff (2). The aim of the invention is to improve the state of the art such that the layered foodstuff may remain perfectly fresh and hygienic over a longer period. Said aim is achieved whereby the central body (10) is provided with cooling.

L'invention concerne une broche rotative comprenant : un corps central (10) conçu pour accueillir des denrées alimentaires (2), en particulier de la viande coupée ou des produits carnés coupés, ces derniers étant disposés autour dudit corps central (10) ; ainsi qu'un élément chauffant (3) qui agit sur lesdites denrées alimentaires (2) par l'extérieur. L'objectif de cette invention est d'améliorer ladite broche rotative de façon que les denrées alimentaires superposées soient conservées de manière hygiénique en parfait état de fraîcheur pendant un laps de temps plus long. A cet effet, ledit corps central (10) est pourvu d'un système de réfrigération.
