In this rotating wing unit invention the word wing is used in reference to mechanical assemblies whose function resembles that of a wing in nature, namely to generate force against air in the power stroke while passively slipping through air in the recovery stroke. This is achieved by causing the mechanical wing to undergo two simultaneous rotational motions, one primary and one secondary. The unit which achieves these primary and secondary rotational motions as applied to the mechanical wing assemblies is the embodiment of this invention.
