A method for rotationally casting a coating onto a flexible substrate is provided wherein the coating comprises a polyurethane composition formed from (a) a substantially linear isocyanate- terminated polyurethane prepolymer; and, (b) a curative agent containing a diol having a molecular weight of less than 250 and, optionally, a secondary aliphatic diamine. Also provided is a flexible substrate possessing the coating.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de moulage par rotation permettant de déposer un revêtement sur un substrat flexible. Ce revêtement comprend une composition à base de polyuréthanne constituée par : (a) un prépolymère de polyuréthanne à terminaison isocyanate essentiellement linéaire ; et (b) un agent vulcanisant renfermant un diol dont le poids moléculaire est inférieur à 250 et, éventuellement, une deuxième diamine aliphatique. L'invention concerne également un substrat flexible doté dudit revêtement.
