An ornamental rotational hat (10) is provided which includes a cap portion (12) having an interior space (22b) for receiving a wearer's head, a motor (24) mounted to the cap portion (12), and a screw-shaped ornament (18) connected to the motor (24) to rotate with respect to the cap (10) while the cap (10) remains stationary on the wearer's head. An additional feature of the rotational hat (10) calls for an insert (40) for the cap (10) having a plurality of fingers (44a-d) with inherent resiliency to grip a head of the wearer, and to retain the cap (10) to the wearer's head during rotation of the ornament (18).
L'invention concerne un couvre-chef rotatif décoratif (10) qui comprend un chapeau (12) présentant un espace intérieur (22b) pour recevoir la tête de l'usager, un moteur (24) monté dans le chapeau (12), et un ornement hélicoïdal (18) relié au moteur (24) pour tourner relativement au couvre-chef (10), lequel reste immobile sur la tête de l'usager.
