A machine for exercising the rotator cuff of the user includes fully adjustable seats (F) connected by a cross member (B). Cross member (B) connects to main frame cross member (C) and together with main frame (D) provides a stable base to support the exercise activity and exercising load mechanism. The exerciser places elbow in cup (L) and adjusts handle (N) with slide (P) to proper length. Muscle action rotates lever arm (M) turning sprocket (K). Sprocket (K) advances chain (J) turning flywheel (H) which is the resistance for muscle development. When muscle action stops, the overrunning clutch (V) allows the flywheel (H) to continue spinning, thereby avoiding injury. Tension on the flywheel (H) is adjustable by turning the tension adjuster (U) which tightens tension strap (Q) around the flywheel, creating resistance.
