A rotisserie oven with a self-cleaning mechanism in the form of a lifting wash arm. The wash arm is driven to lift and rotate when washing the oven by the action of the pressure from the wash water used therein. By lifting, the wash arm negates the sealing action of fatty build-up around its base which would otherwise impede its rotation.

L'invention porte sur une rôtissoire-four équipée d'un mécanisme d'autonettoyage sous la forme d'un bras de lavage à élévation. Lors du lavage du four, le bras de lavage est entraîné en élévation et en rotation sous l'effet de la pression exercée par l'eau de lavage utilisée à l'intérieur du four. En s'élevant, le bras de lavage neutralise l'action de colmatage de sa base par les dépôts gras, qui empêcherait sinon sa rotation.
