The aim of the invention is to prevent the described disadvantages and to guarantee an improved overall performance. To achieve this, the invention provides a rotor blade with a drag ratio, in particular in the central or main board region of said rotor, whose value exceeds 80 % and preferably 90 % of the maximum value of said ratio in the range of ~2° of the optimum pitch of said rotor.
