A rotor system for a rocket motor includes a first hollow shaft portion operatively coupled to a second hollow shaft portion and adapted to receive a first fluid propellant component. An annular duct surrounds at least a portion of the first hollow shaft portion and is adapted to receive a second fluid propellant component. First and second rotary orifices are operatively coupled to the first hollow shaft portion in fluid communication with the interior of the first hollow shaft portion and with the duct respectively. The interiors of the first and second hollow shaft portions are in fluid communication with each other and a third rotary orifice is in fluid communication with the interior of the second hollow shaft portion.
