This invention is a manually-operated tool designed to remove the weeds between the rows of seeded plants in the garden. A T-bar handle and fork assembly make it easy to roll the metal drum over the ground while a spring steel blade sliding along just underneath the surface of the soil loosens the weeds. The drum acts as a depth control and the rods are slanted to perform a scissor- like action that leaves the weeds above ground where they can be easily raked up and deposited on the compost pile. At the same time the ROTOWEEDER breaks up any hard clods in the soil.
