The connector includes: a connection member having a first side having connection structures, and having at least a pair of oppositely disposed edges; a soft roughness insulating covering layer having a slit bearing area including a plurality of slits through which the connection structures extend, and a non-slit area. The soft roughness insulating covering layer having a pair of oppositely disposed edges joined together to form a pocket having an end edge between the pair of oppositely disposed edges, and enveloping the connection member to pocketingly surround the connection member while enabling the connection structures of the connection member to protrude through the slits of the soft roughness insulating covering layer.
