The device comprises two upstream conveying arrangements each serving one object entry (A1, A2) and converging towards a common downstream conveying arrangement by which a receiving arrangement is served, Each of the three conveying arrangements comprises two belts (4, 7 or 4', 7' or 7, 7') between which the objects are gripped on a conveying path which is preferably straight. The two upstream conveying paths each serve one of the object entries of the device. They converge symmetrically towards the downstream path with which they define a Y-shaped structure, the arms of which Y are a small angle apart so as to limit the inflection of the objects as they pass into a zone of convergence which is common to the three paths.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'acheminement destiné à grouper deux flux d'objets plats tels que des enveloppes postales en un seul flux. Le dispositif comprend deux agencements d'acheminement amont, chacun desservant une entrée (A1, A2) pour les objets et convergeant vers un dispositif d'acheminement aval commun au moyen duquel est desservi un dispositif de réception. Chacun des trois dispositifs d'acheminement comprend deux courroies (4, 7 ou 4', 7' ou 7, 7') entre lesquelles sont pris les objets se déplaçant sur une voie d'acheminement de préférence droite. Les deux voies d'acheminement amont desservent chacune une des entrées du dispositif. Elles convergent symétriquement vers la voie avale avec laquelle elles forment une structure en Y dont les bras forment plus loin un petit angle de façon à limiter l'inflexion des objets au moment où ils passent dans une zone de convergence commune au trois voies.
